At the award ceremony for the 2022 summer test of Austrian cable car companies on Friday, 7 October, it rained down multiple prizes for our two locations, the Dachstein Krippenstein in Obertraun and Grünberg in Gmunden.
The offer on the mountain in harmony with nature as well as the popular team were honoured with DOUBLE-GOLD and GOLD several times.

Rupert Schiefer, CEO of Dachstein Tourismus AG and OÖ Seilbahnholding GmbH, accepted the prizes from Skiareatest President Klaus Hönigsberger with some of the teams from Dachstein Krippenstein and Grünberg in Mittersill in front of around 400 colleagues from the Austrian cable car industry.

The Dachstein Krippenstein's overall offer was assessed: 3 cable cars, Dachstein Giant Ice Cave, Mammut Cave, 5fingers, World Heritage spiral, Dachstein shark, World Heritage view with Dachstein Glacier, investments in harmony with nature, the cable car team, cleanliness on the mountain.
